What we offer: Internships
As an intern, you will join Group Digital for IKEA Retail (Ingka Group) alongside other interns and digital enthusiasts. We welcome interns in various digital areas, from Experience Design to Machine Learning and Software Engineering. A supervisor will ensure that you feel included and onboard you to your assignment with the ambition to make you feel like any other member of the team. We want to help you grow, and perhaps you can help us grow too. Turn your and our wildest ideas into reality

What we offer: Thesis projects
We have many challenges to solve. Do you want to help us solve them? Write your thesis and help us investigate current challenges; we have plenty! Every year in January we accept students in the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden to join our global program! For your thesis, you will work on a topic identified by the team, contribute to building the future of furniture through technology, get to know Commented [MB9]: Change main photo -see folder. Other images are fine, preferably without rounded rectangle other thesis writers and connect with our colleagues. Create digital solutions that make homes smarter, more sustainable, and simply better. We have room for you!
We welcome students enrolled in master's and bachelor's courses from a range of different digital areas! You can apply in pairs or individually. Please note that you need to be a resident of the country to apply and that you are enrolled in a university/school.

Our Accelerator Programmes
Do you want to kick-start your career and join one of our Accelerator Programmes? Our different programmes offer you a unique chance to experience and grow with us at Ingka Group Digital (IKEA). The programme runs 6 months, combining on-the-job assignment, technical training, and mentoring.
You will be part of a group of new co-workers, get trained together to quickly get up to speed, and get into your new role. You will learn how we do things here at IKEA as well as gain in-depth knowledge of the company and our digital practices. The programme will give you the grounding to develop in your role and future career at IKEA. You will belong to a product team from day one and your time will be divided between your work in your team and attending programme activities.
