We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace.

At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.

In our team, we love puzzles and are always looking for ways to make things smarter, safer and more user-friendly. We all come from different backgrounds and together we enable efficient product development and production through innovative engineering. Of course we also make sure that our products live up to the highest standards of quality, design, function, price and sustainability. In this role you will report to the Enterprise Architect.

We’re a new and growing team. We are quite autonomous, self-organizing and self-sufficient in many ways, which means part of our daily work is to define how we get things done together. We are based in Malmö and Helsingborg, but a mix of local and remote work is not a problem.

We are passionate about our engineering culture, where fast feedback is enabled by automation, focus on minimum viable product or ‘proof of concepts’ and analysis of our engineering performance. Anyone on our team can come with ideas on things to work on. Such ideas often lead to a few people teaming up to build a first implementation and demoing it.

B2B represents a proven opportunity with an ambitious growth plan, our focus now is on expanding our product offerings to new markets. Our mission: to deliver a digitally-enabled, end-to-end experience tailored for businesses, while providing timely assistance.

As part of a global digital team, our product teams are engaged in developing various B2B digital products and capabilities across diverse functional areas, such as business intelligence, e-commerce, CRM, and customer master data. We aim to continue creating even better B2B value propositions, omnichannel experiences and attracting more potential business customers to IKEA.

Our digital locations

We are looking for digital talents all over the world, and we are globally present in several locations. Our offices - we call them hubs - are furnished with our beautiful IKEA range and equipped to ensure a modern and comfy work environment. Depending on what you're up to, you find silent areas for focused individual work, cozy coffee areas, collaboration areas for workshops and big rooms for team meetings. We believe that it is when we get together that we create the best work, so that is why we value both meeting physically in our hubs as well as staying close virtually to build great collaboration with our colleagues in different locations.
